Darla is a gorgeous 1-year-old Seal Point Siamese mix with a soft cream and tan coat, rich seal-brown points, and beautiful blue eyes. She celebrated her first birthday on September 1!

Darla’s story began when she came into rescue as a pregnant stray. This young girl was still practically a kitten herself when she became a mama. She gave birth to one baby boy and cared for him—and now that her job as a mother is finished, it’s finally Darla’s turn to find a forever family of her own.

Darla is an absolute sweetheart. She enjoys finding a high perch where she can watch everything happening around her, but once she gets to know and trust you, she’s also happy to become your lap cat.

She doesn’t mind the company of other cats, although she will need slow, patient introductions to any new feline friends. She has also met a dog and did okay. Darla would do best with older children, as loud noises and screaming can frighten her.
